Pipolotti Rist: is a film artist the mostly works in Super 8. Her films are mostly short in length and incorporate fuzzy sound, speed and color alterations. I love the color in this piece and the uneven division of the piece into five sections. The woman appears to be standing next to a grocery scroller or vacum while she stands on a blue tropical aqua walk way. Is she walking on water? Probably not, but the way the light illuminates a white section around her feet makes it appear like this might be what the artist intended.
